The 16" x 18" Extra Large Blade Peel (4016) is an aluminum pizza peel with a blade that is sixteen inches (40.6 cm) tall by eighteen inches (45.7 cm) wide and is large enough for even the largest-sized pizzas. Ideal for shallow commercial pizza ovens and confined spaces, American Metalcraft expertly manufactures this peel that features a rectangular, aluminum blade and a 21½ inch (54.6 cm) solid wood handle. Specially designed to easily slide under pizzas that have been baked onto the surface of the oven, the sleek aluminum blade of this pizza peel makes it simpler than ever to load and unload pizzas.

"The quality of this product is outstanding...definately restaurant quality. The only drawback to this is the long handle. If you don't have a lot of space in your kitchen go for the smaller handle. With the metal it is an easy clean up versus a wooden peel."

"Well made. Wooden handle is nicely finished. The metal peel is solid yet flexible enough when needed. I have made over a dozen pizzas with this so far. Just make sure there is flour on it for the dough to slide on. This was more peel than I needed, but it looks beautiful hanging on the wall of my kitchen."

"I really like this American Metalcraft Extra Large blade peel # 4016. As a professional chef I am very fond of quality "tools of the trade" and highly recommend this item. The overall feel of this product is comfortable to work with. It is sturdy but lightweight. All metal parts were properly constructed and finished cleanly. No rough surfaces or sharp edges to be fixed. The birch wood handle was smooth and installed well into blade assembly. Though I bought this item for home use, it is also very well suited for commercial use in the kitchen."
