Product Details

The 12" x 14" Medium Blade Peel (3512) is an aluminum pizza peel with a blade that is fourteen inches (35.6 cm) wide by twelve inches (30.5 cm) tall. Pizza peels are paddles used to place pizza in or remove it from a hot oven without having to reach too far in. Expertly constructed by American Metalcraft, this peel features a rectangular, aluminum blade and a 21½ inch (54.6 cm) solid wood handle that make this peel perfect for confined spaces and shallow commercial pizza ovens. Additionally, the medium-sized aluminum blade is specially designed for pizzas with average diameters and to easily slide under pizzas that have been baked onto the surface of the oven, for efficient, simple loading and unloading.

"Really nice medium blade pizza peel. We use it to make pizzas in a bread/pizza oven outdoors and it works great with a bed of corn meal to ease the pizza dough into the hot oven. The shorter handle works just fine, keeping our hands far enough from the extreme heat of the oven...800 degrees! I would recommend this peel."

"Best way to get a pizza out of the oven! You don't burn yourself or drop your pizza toppings. The aluminum is easy to clean and the wood handle stays cool. I just had to drill a hole in the handle to hang it up for storage. I would recomend this to all my friends. "
