The 9" x 11" Small Blade Peel (2109) is an aluminum pizza peel with a blade that is eleven inches (28 cm) wide by nine inches (22.9 cm) tall. Pizza peels are paddles used to place pizza in or remove it from a hot oven. This peel is expertly constructed by American Metalcraft with an aluminum, rectangular blade and ten inch (25.4 cm) solid wood handle that is perfect for shallow ovens or confined spaces. The aluminum blade is specially designed to easily slide under pizzas, even those that have been baked onto the surface of the oven, for simple, efficient loading and unloading of pizzas.

"The blade could use a bit of grinding before they ship it out, it has a small ridge on the edge where they cut/punched out the blade leaving a small burr along the edge. Not a big deal but does make it hang on the product. Nothing a piece of sandpaper couldn't fix. Other than that, it's a great price and I have looked around before this purchase."

"I've never used a blade peel before and I'm glad I got a smaller size - I don't think I could maneuver a larger size in my kitchen. It seems to be decently made - the metal join between the peel and the handle is solid, the rivets aren't fancy but they seem strong on the peel size and the metal wraps a good 3 inches up the handle. You'll want to oil the handle, of course. It has worked well for both small pizzas and a loaf of artisan bread."
