"I use this with our conventional slide in range/oven that has a rack I made for it to mimic a wood-fire brick oven. This makes using a pizza peel essential to getting the pizza turned without it falling apart. This peel is not what I'd use in a restaurant, but it does the job. Very thick metal compared to other peels I've used."

"Just what I was looking for. Has the right shape and handle length. Easy to use and keep clean. Did not know there were so many choices availble and I feel strongly that this one is the best both from a cost savings and its ease of use. Recommend highly."

"Awsome product. My pizza's came off extremely easy. I had a wooden one before but now all I'm using that one for is to set hot things on it. I also have the 8 inch. Very sturdy item. I would buy these again. Again I am very happy with these items."
