This is an excellent ground-level opportunity for a well-rounded individual looking to work for a fast-paced and exciting eCommerce company. You will be working within a multidisciplinary development team, contributing HTML, CSS, Javscript, Photoshop work and basic UI designs. An eye for design would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Using Photoshop to path and color correct photos for our print catalogs and Web site.
• Client-side coding (HTML/CSS/Javascript) of all Web interfaces against cross-browser/cross-platform specifications documents.
• Communicating with the development team through diagrams, drawings, detailed specifications and interactive prototypes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in writing clean, lightweight client-side application code. Skills in DHTML, CSS (including short-hand methods), and JavaScript a MUST.
• Expertise in Photoshop path creation, retouching and color correction.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills honed through years of working in multi-disciplinary, collaborative teams.
• Experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and source-control a plus.
• Print design experience a huge plus.
