This picture gives a wide-angle look at a pizza preparation line in a pizzeria kitchen. The worktable holds several dough boxes that contain dough balls to be stretched and tossed when an order comes back. The stretched pizza dough then goes to the pizza prep table for toppings on its way to the deck oven, which is located behind the person digging into the prep table base.
