This picture shows an undercounter refrigerator to the right and a heated holding cabinet, surrounded by other kitchen cabinets, in the center. The holding cabinet is used to store fresh pizza to be sold by the slice. Whenever a slice of pizza is ordered, it is taken out of the holding cabinet and warmed up in the deck oven, which is to the right of the photographer.
