Wood pizza peels are the traditional surface on which toppings are added to a fresh pizza skin. The peel can be easily moved along the prep table as various toppings are placed on the pizza. The peel also allows the worker to easily carry and place a raw pizza in the oven without messing up the crust or toppings.
