This steam table, or hot food table, is being used to hold a variety of Asian sauces at a Thai restaurant. Some of the sauces include peanut sauce, satay sauce, curry sauce and more. By preparing the sauces in advance and keeping them hot throughout the restaurant service, the restaurant workers speed up their kitchen tasks.
