Making southwestern crepes on a portable butane stove

Two chefs work over the stoves at their crepe stand to make southwestern crepes for their customers. These portable butane stoves are the perfect cooking device to use with stovetop cookware like these crepe pans. One chef squeezes southwestern sauce from a yellow squeeze bottle onto the crepes while the other works in the background.
