This espresso machine is used for making coffee drinks at a cake shop. In addition to being used for making coffee drinks, it can also be used to add coffee flavoring to certain kinds of cakes, such as tiramisu. Using fresh Italian-style espresso creates a better flavor. It is more authentic and rich than using basic American coffee or the popular instant coffee mix.
