This hot food table is being used as a warming unit at an outdoor BBQ festival in Dillon, Colorado. Each food well has a steam table pan, a water pan and food pan lids that cover the pan and keep the heat inside the well. A portable hot food table can be an ideal warmer and holder for mobile caterers that have access to the necessary electrical hookups.
