A used grill slowly smokes meat at an outdoor BBQ festival in Dillon, Colorado. The smoker has a built-in grill thermometer that will display the temperature of the interior. Tongs hang from the side of the grill. An oven mitt sits on a nearby shelf. These BBQ chefs use the oven mitt to prevent the hot tongs or the handle of the grill from burning their hands.
