This grill is equipped with pegs that can be used to hang utility tongs like these from the grill for easy access. Having utility tongs or BBQ tongs on hand allows the BBQ chef to turn meat quickly and effortlessly, then easily put the tongs back into place. When barbecuing, it is always best to use tongs to turn the meat, since using a fork will put holes in the meat and allow the juices to escape.
