3PM Design Commercial Kitchen Design - Consulting Services
Constructing a commercial kitchen takes more than a few nuts and bolts. A commercial kitchen has many specific needs and requirements that must to be taken into account during the design phase. This includes items such as utility services, location and capacity, ventilation calculations, fire suppression/fire safety, health code requirements, water and energy usage, and equipment layout, not to mention the overall kitchen workflow efficiency design. When it comes to designing your next commercial kitchen, consider the real benefits of working with a specialized design consultant.
Why Commercial Kitchen Design?
Constructing a commercial kitchen involves coordinating a number of industry professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and food service designers. These experts work to streamline all aspects of a project from initial concept to construction and completion.
